How to make:

STIR first three ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. POUR grenadine into the centre of the drink. This should settle to form a red layer in the base of the glass.

34 fl oz Dutch White Crème de Cacao
12 fl oz Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
12 fl oz Giffard Grenadine Syrup

Unless you've a sweet tooth don't mix the red and white layers - sip from the chocolate and lychee top and stop when you hit red.
