How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 fresh | Sage leaves |
1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1/4 fl oz | Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) |
3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
1/3 fl oz | Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
