Ingredients:
2 fresh Sage leaves
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
14 oz Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of float sage leaf.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
