Serve in a Coupe glass
30 ml | Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur) |
30 ml | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
22.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
4 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
