Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Absolut Vanilia Vodka
34 oz Apple Schnapps liqueur
34 oz Giffard Caramel Toffee liqueur
1 oz Single cream/half-and-half
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cinnamon.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Separately, SHAKE cream and egg white with ice and strain back into shaker.
  6. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  7. Carefully pour over back of spoon so as to LAYER over cocktail.
  8. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

Review:

A creamy top hides a vanilla, apple and caramel combo. Inspired by the dessert created by the Tatin sisters, a tart of caramelised apples cooked under a pastry lid.

A fresher (and better) cocktail than the fairly similar "Créme Brûlée"
Any fruit schnapps should go great with this, I tried with Peachtree and loved it.
