Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Bourbon whiskey
10 ml Monin Pineapple Syrup
5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3.8 ml Fee Brothers Celery bitters
5 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
15 ml Claret wine (Bordeaux red)
