Serve in a Double old-fashioned

Ingredients:
90 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
37.5 ml Chilled water
10 gram Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white)
3.8 ml Smith & Cross Pot Still Jamaican rum
3 sprig Mint (fresh) sprigs
