Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
| 30 ml | Cognac (brandy) |
| 30 ml | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
| 37.5 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 barspoon | Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white) |
| 3.8 ml | Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Port |
| 5 ml | Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe |
