30 ml | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
15 ml | Peach brandy |
15 ml | Smith & Cross Pot Still Jamaican rum |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄8 cupful | Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white) |
120 ml | Chilled water |
