Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
40 ml Havana Club 7yo rum
60 ml Monin Ginger Syrup
5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 drop Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
