1 1⁄2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1 fl oz Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
1⁄2 fl oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
1⁄4 fl oz Hazelnut liqueur
1⁄4 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make

Method

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of float roasted hazelnut.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
