A good sweet and sour balance with tequila character seemingly boosted by the honey.

This was nice. Not memorable. Recipe reminded me of the traditional rum punch without the flavours the rum adds. While you can taste the tequila, it seems to be overwhelmed by the other ingredients. After tasting, we did do a 1/3 oz float of anejo tequila on the top and it added more tequila taste. Still it was good; not great.

wasn't sure exactly what "7 spoons" should be, but google told me a bar spoon is 5ml, so i used 35ml honey. the resulting drink had a very strong, sweet honey taste - too much for me. not sure if i did this one right but it was still pretty good

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've reworked the recipe above to use honey syrup.
