Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- RIM glass with Himalayan pink salt (moisten outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip into salt).
Method
- SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring grapefruit soda.
Garnish
- Serve naked, without garnish.
