How to make:
STIR honey with whiskey in base of shaker until honey dissolves. Add tequila and apple juice, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with a splash of ginger ale
|1 fl oz||Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey|
|1 spoon||Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom)|
|1 fl oz||Patrón Reposado tequila|
|2 fl oz||Pressed apple juice|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Ginger Ale|
