56 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
1 12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
14 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
1 23 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale

Pretty solid recipe, if not unique. Perhaps the Fever Tree Ginger Beer was a bit heavy handed here, but I can still taste enough of the other ingredients... I kinda want another.

Very refreshing. Good flavours. Did cut back on the honey by 1/3 as I was afraid it might be too sweet. It was perfect. Great with a BBQ dinner.
