| 1 fresh | Passion fruit (fresh) |
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
| 1⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of float half a fresh passion fruit boat.
- Wash and cut 2 fresh passion fruits in half.
- SCOOP out the seeds and flesh from 2 of the passion fruit halves into your shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with one of the remaining passion fruit halves floated on surface.
