1 1/3 fl oz	Passoã passion fruit liqueur
1/4 fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of float half a fresh passion fruit boat.

Method

Wash and cut 2 fresh passion fruits in half.
SCOOP out the seeds and flesh from 2 of the passion fruit halves into your shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with one of the remaining passion fruit halves floated on surface.

Interesting, it was balanced, but towards the sweet side for me. I did not use Passsoa though, instead Marie Brizard. Works well nonetheless.

Not what I was expecting. Mild passion fruit flavours with the sharpness of lime leads to a dry, gorgeously coloured cocktail.

We really like this version of the Pornstar. Not as much sweetness, and the bubbly is a great touch, but not really needed. Substituted passion fruit purée and it was Excellent!
