| 50 ml | Beefeater Crown Jewel Gin |

| 25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 50 ml | Pineapple juice |
| 10 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
