50 ml | Beefeater Crown Jewel Gin |
1 whole | Clove |
1 whole | Green cardamom pods |
1⁄2 barspoon | Black pepper |
1 whole | Cinnamon stick |
25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
50 ml | Pineapple juice |
10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
