Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 inch Lemongrass stem
2 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 fl oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE lemongrass in base of shaker.
  2. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Disappointing - the lemongrass is very subtle and overpowered by the lemon juice.
