Serve in a Martini glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
| 1 oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
| 1⁄2 oz | Aniseed (anise) liqueur |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
- Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
