Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hennessy VS
30 ml Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
15 ml Campari Bitter liqueur
0.2 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
12.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 barspoon Chase Seville Marmalade Gin
