30 ml | Tio Pepe Fino Sherry |
15 ml | Campari Bitter liqueur |
0.2 ml | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
12.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 barspoon | Chase Seville Marmalade Gin |
