Serve in a Rocks glass
40 ml | Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin |
25 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
15 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water) |
25 ml | Egg white |
10 ml | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
10 ml | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
