Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
12.5 ml Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu
25 ml Elderflower cordial
12.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
25 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
6 unit Mint leaves
4 slice Cucumber (fresh)
Top up with Elderflower tonic water
50 ml Beefeater Crown Jewel Gin
