Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Beefeater Crown Jewel Gin
4 fresh Physalis / cape gooseberry fruits
20 ml Monin Le Fruit Coconut Puree
12.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
25 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
