Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass
| 50 ml | Beefeater Crown Jewel Gin |
| 0.2 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
| 15 ml | Raspberry jam |
| 30 ml | Beetroot juice |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
