| 15 ml | Raspberry jam |
| 30 ml | Beetroot juice |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
| 0.2 ml | Bob's Chocolate bitters |
