Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Beefeater Crown Jewel Gin
20 ml Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 wedge Green apple
0.3 ml La Fée Parisienne absinthe
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
