Serve in a Double old-fashioned

Ingredients:
45 ml Bourbon whiskey
15 ml Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.)
5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
7.5 ml White crème de cacao liqueur
10 ml Dark crème de cacao liqueur
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
1 Splash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
