How to make:
MUDDLE raspberries and strawberries in base of shaker. Add next four ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Lightly WHIP cream and FLOAT over drink.

3/4 fl oz | Disaronno amaretto |
1/2 fl oz | Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur |
1 fl oz | Pedro Ximénez sherry |
1 1/2 fl oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
