How to make:
MUDDLE raspberries and strawberries in base of shaker. Add next four ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Lightly WHIP cream and FLOAT over drink.

|3/4 fl oz||Disaronno amaretto|
|1/2 fl oz||Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur|
|1 fl oz||Pedro Ximénez sherry|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Single cream / half-and-half|
