Martini glass
Ingredients:
1 2/3 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1/2 fl oz Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao
1/2 fl oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
5/6 fl oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
4 drop Chocolate bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of chocolate powder rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

A chocolate and cranberry alternatini aperitif, for a after-dinner serve, use bianco rather than dry vermouth.

History:

Created in 2001 by yours truly and originally called the Chocolate Covered Cranberry Martini - every drink in V-shaped glass was called a 'Martini' in those days.
