Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Roku Japanese Gin
30 ml Giffard Crème de Violette liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
