30 ml | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
30 ml | Blended Scotch whisky |
30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
22.5 ml | Maple syrup |
1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
25 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
