Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
15 ml Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
30 ml Clear apple juice (not cloudy)
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Bison grass vodka
15 ml Ketel One Vodka
