Ingredients
60 ml Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
45 ml Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
10 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
