Serve in a Coupe glass
| 60 ml | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
| 45 ml | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 10 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 7.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
