2 wedge | Cherry tomato (fresh) |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
0.2 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
