Garnish:
Hulled strawberry with mint sprig tip leaves
How to make:
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 fresh | Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe) |
1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |

Review:
Just as the name suggests, only classically an Aviation should include crème de violette so if you feel this is lacking then consider adding 2.5ml (¼ a barspoon)– anymore and the parma violet floral notes overpower the strawberry.
