Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Absolut Vanilia Vodka
12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pinek grapefruit zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Serve with straws.

Created in 2003 by yours truly, London, England. Valkyrie comes from Norse mythology and literally translates as 'chooser of the slain'.

Taste of vanilla was too strong for me personally. Added some Chambord which helped but changed the taste too much from the intended drink I imagine
