Serve in a Double old-fashioned

Ingredients:
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
120 ml Brut champagne/sparkling wine
1 twist Lemon peel
1 ring Orange peel
18 cupful Raspberries
