45 ml | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
15 ml | Cynar artichoke amaro |
15 ml | Averna amaro |
22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
22.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
22.5 ml | Pineapple juice |
1 drop | Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt) |
