30 ml | Plymouth Gin |
7.5 ml | Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette Liqueur |
7.5 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
7.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
0.2 ml | Bob's Lavender Bitters |
30 ml | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
