Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hopped gin
15 ml Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
20 ml Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
20 ml Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Bob's Grapefruit Bitters
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
