Serve in a Coupe glass
45 ml | Hopped gin |
15 ml | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
20 ml | Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) |
20 ml | Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3 dash | Bob's Grapefruit Bitters |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
