Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 slice Watermelon (fresh)
1 12 oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
12 oz Giffard Watermelon liqueur
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Watermelon wedge

How to make:

Cut watermelon into 16 segments, chop the flesh from one segment into cubes and MUDDLE in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

History:

Created in 2003 by Eric Fossard at Cecconi's, London, England. One of many variations on the Cosmopolitan to emerge in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
