Watermelon Cosmopolitan

Glass:

Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:

1 slice	Watermelon (fresh)
1 1⁄2 fl oz	Ketel One Citroen Vodka
1⁄2 fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 fl oz	Cranberry juice (sweetened)
1⁄2 fl oz	Giffard Watermelon liqueur
1 dash	Orange Bitters by Angostura

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of watermelon wedge.

How to make:

3. MUDDLE 60g / 2.1oz watermelon flesh (removed from skin and chopped) in base of shaker.
4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

6. Garnish with watermelon wedge on rim.
