Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
35 ml Silvio Carta Mirto Rosso liqueur
15 ml Pallini Limoncello liqueur
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
10 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
