How to make:
SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda water, lightly stir and serve with straws.
|2 fl oz||Bourbon whiskey|
|3⁄4 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup|
|2 dash||Angostura or other aromatic bitters|
|1 1⁄3 fl oz||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
