Serve in a Sling glass

Ingredients:
34 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make:

SHAKE first five ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with champagne and gently stir.

I agree with Gill Pascal, Wow. Was not what I was expecting. Perfectly balanced and a great drink. I would have anytime, but it does remind me more of summer.

Wow, an amazing cocktail. It is not too sweet but has the edge for those with a sweet palate. Perfect for any season in my opinion.
