| 45 ml | Amaro Montenegro |
| 90 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot espresso coffee) |
| 7.5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 30 ml | Chocolate heavy cream (homemade) |
