Ingredients:
2 oz Southern/Louisiana-style whisky liqueur (e.g. Southern Comfort)
14 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 oz Pineapple juice
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda, lightly stir and serve with straws.

History:

Adapted from a drink created in 1997 by Foster Creppel. This is the signature at his Woodland Plantation, the great house on the west bank of the Mississippi that used to feature on every bottle of Southern Comfort.

Really thought there'd be a touch more sweetness and acid bite. Just kicked my SoCo, though, so I'll have to wait to tweak the specs. Rather nice base flavors.
