45 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
20 ml | Liquore Strega |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water) |
30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
