Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
20 ml Liquore Strega
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water)
30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
