Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
50 ml Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
25 ml Lejay Pear Liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
0.6 ml Orange Bitters by Angostura
15 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
