Garnish:
Lime zest twist expressed and discarded. Garnish with a half-moon lime slice on rim.
How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

1/2 fl oz | Elderflower liqueur |
4 drop | Lime bitters |

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2007 by Kitty Gallisá at Nopa in San Franciso, USA – originally using V.E.P. Chartreuse. The original recipe calls for 45ml (1½oz) manzanilla sherry, 15ml (½oz) Green Chartreuse, and 15ml (½oz) elderflower liqueur.
