| 1 1⁄2 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
| 1⁄2 oz | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| 4 drop | Lime bitters optional |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and half-moon lime slice.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Express lime zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- Garnish with half-moon lime slice on rim.

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2007 by Kitty Gallisá at Nopa in San Franciso, California – originally with 45ml (1½oz) manzanilla sherry, 15ml (½oz) V.E.P. Chartreuse, and 15ml (½oz) elderflower liqueur.
