Lemon zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 fl oz||Hayman's London Dry Gin|
|1/2 fl oz||Cognac (brandy)|
|1/2 fl oz||Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)|
|1/2 fl oz||Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)|
|2 drop||Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)|
