Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
22.5 ml Averna amaro
15 ml Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
4 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
30 ml Egg white
22.5 ml Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
