Serve in a Double old-fashioned

Ingredients:
30 ml Bourbon whiskey
30 ml Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur
1 12 barspoon Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white)
11.25 ml Egg yolk
120 ml Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
