Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
40 ml Tanqueray No. Ten
30 ml Passion fruit purée
20 ml Spiced red berries syrup
10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7 drop 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
30 ml Taittinger Prestige Rose
